Sherri has served for-profit and not-for-profit clients in Rochester, NY and beyond with leadership and strategy development, team relationships and performance, sensitive resolutions, and executive leadership coaching services for more than twenty years. She is a leader with a successful track record in several businesses. Mission-driven, she is dedicated to leaders whose energy and influence enable outstanding organizational value creation and invigorate team members.

Sherri and her husband Terry, a teacher, live in Victor, NY — a suburb of Rochester, NY. They share their home with their beloved bichon frise, Sophie, and are blessed to have two adult children, Rachel, and Matthew and his wife Josie, and two precious granddaughters, Charlotte and Celine.
