About the program:

Leadership is a lifelong journey. Lead For Good is an accelerator, bringing like-minded leaders together from all industries for a holistic, neuro-science development experience.

Boost Self-Awareness and Impact: Enhance personal effectiveness and the positive influence on your team by employing neuroscience-based strategies to become more self-aware and impactful.
Build Energized Teams: Transition from high-performance teams to value-creation teams that co-create value with and for all stakeholders by serving the mission, not the leader.
Cultivate Inclusive Leadership: Acknowledge and address unconscious biases by actively promoting anti-racism and enhancing team communication, relationships, and engagement across diverse work environments.
Strategize for Significance: Focus on strategic thinking and alignment of team efforts for optimal performance and business success, while committing to the continuous development of others through effective leadership coaching.

Leaders, executives, and directors who are ready to explore more of the leader within themselves and are committed to taking others to extraordinary new levels of performance. Enrollment is limited.
Tuition for the course is $6,900 and is due at the time of enrollment. The cohort size is limited to eight participants.
Four two-day group learning sessions filled with self-discovery, leadership strategies, neuroscience-based brain health, and how to take a value-creation approach for organizational performance.
In addition, participants will have four individual leadership coaching sessions with Sherri McArdle.
