Tuition for the course is $6,900 and is due at the time of enrollment. The cohort size is limited to eight participants.

Four two-day group learning sessions filled with self-discovery, leadership strategies, neuroscience-based brain health, and how to take a value-creation approach for organizational performance.
In addition, participants will have four individual leadership coaching sessions with Sherri McArdle.
