The question of the day is: What do you want to learn this year to significantly increase your effectiveness?
The two areas I've chosen this year to devote myself to are as follows:
I would like to develop a deeper understanding of how the brain and neuroscience affect our lives, and more specifically our leadership.
I am dedicated to learning more about the history of systemic racism and devoting myself to anti-racism.
I would love to hear what you are committed to learning this year in the comments below.
