What do you want to learn this year to significantly increase your effectiveness?

I am so excited to introduce my new video series, Coaching Conversations with Sherri, designed for leaders looking to take their teams to new levels of performance.

The question of the day is: What do you want to learn this year to significantly increase your effectiveness?

The two areas I've chosen this year to devote myself to are as follows:

  1. I would like to develop a deeper understanding of how the brain and neuroscience affect our lives, and more specifically our leadership.

  2. I am dedicated to learning more about the history of systemic racism and devoting myself to anti-racism.

I would love to hear what you are committed to learning this year in the comments below. If you are not sure where to start, I would recommend first choosing a book that will help improve how you see the world and allow you to touch the minds and hearts of those around you. Consider how you may want to reframe your thinking or a belief you have that might be getting in the way. Experience the possibilities that this year can bring and bring your grit forward. Let's learn something together!
