What is the Greatest Accomplishment to Achieve for your Organization?

I recently participated in a study group and was posed this question: "what is the biggest mistake in the history of mankind?" The group discussed many answers including the transition from hunter and gatherers to an economy based on agriculture and farming leading to limited diets, competition, and starvation. This was a thought-provoking exercise and got me thinking.

In this month's video blog, #CoachingConversations with Sherri, I'd like to turn that question on its head and reflect on this prompt instead:

"What is the greatest accomplishment to achieve for your organization?"

It may be an innovation, a new way of working together, reaching customers, or the pursuit to lift the spirits of the people around you. Whatever it may be, consider if you are living this mission and enabling others to do the same.

I'd love to hear about your greatest accomplishments to achieve in your organization as you begin to gain clarity and work towards ways to bring about future success.
